Hello, I’m Behlül Ünver.

Over nearly 30 years in healthcare, I have taken on a range of responsibilities as an executive, consultant, academic and project developer.

My professional journey spans hospital and university hospital management, foundation administration, public administration and international healthcare projects. I have served as Director of Kadıköy Hospital, General Manager of Academic Hospital, Director of the Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Foundation, Advisor to the Rector of Maltepe University and General Coordinator of its University Hospitals.

In 2024–2025, I served as General Manager of USHAŞ, contributing to Türkiye’s international healthcare services and health tourism initiatives.

Today, I work in healthcare management, healthcare investment, health tourism, international partnerships and strategic consultancy. My aim is to bring Türkiye’s healthcare expertise and experience to international projects, build strong partnerships between institutions and create sustainable value.
